Terms of service

These terms cover this website and the work Groundwork ("we", "us") does for you. Groundwork is a small business based in Montgomery, Texas. You can reach us at groundworkkk@gmail.com.

1. What we offer

We make 3D and colored floor plans and styled product photos, and we set up simple automations such as instant replies to website inquiries and Google review requests. Before any work starts, we send you a written quote by email that says exactly what you get, the price, and how long it takes. That quote, together with these terms, is our agreement.

2. Payment

• One-time jobs (floor plans, photos): paid in full through PayPal before we deliver the full-size files. We may send a low-resolution or watermarked preview first.
• Monthly plans (automations): the setup fee and the first month are paid when you sign up through PayPal, before we set anything up. After that, PayPal charges the monthly fee automatically on the same day each month until you cancel.
• Prices only change if we both agree in writing. Email counts.

3. Monthly plans and cancelling

Your automation runs on its own. The monthly plan covers fixes if something stops working (usually within one business day, Monday to Friday), small changes like reply wording or hours, and updates if Google, Gmail or PayPal change something that affects your system. It does not cover new systems or big redesigns, which we quote separately.

You can cancel anytime in your PayPal account or by emailing us. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. If a payment fails, PayPal tries again automatically; if the plan is suspended or cancelled, coverage stops but the system stays in your account and keeps running as it is.

4. Your part

• Only send us plans, photos, logos and designs you have the right to use.
• Only add customers to your systems who gave you their contact details in the normal course of business, and follow the email and platform rules that apply to you.
• For review requests, never offer a discount, gift or reward for a review. Google does not allow it.
• Review and approve any message that goes out in your name.

5. Who owns what

Once you have paid, you can use the floor plans and photos to market your property, products and business. Your data and the copy of any system in your Google account are yours. We will only show your work in our own examples if you say yes first. We keep the right to build similar systems for other businesses.

6. Images that use AI

Styled product photos place your real product in a scene that is generated with AI, and 3D floor plans are illustrations. Where a listing site or marketplace requires it, label these images as edited or virtually staged.

7. No guaranteed results

We build and test everything carefully, but we can't promise a specific number of leads, reviews, showings or sales. Results depend on your business, your market and your customers.

8. Limits

We are not responsible for outages, limits or changes by Google, Gmail, PayPal, Instagram or other services, for emails filtered as spam, or for anything lost because of them. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. Neither of us is responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits.

9. This website

The text, videos and images on this site belong to Groundwork. Please don't copy them for your own marketing. The businesses and people shown in our videos are examples, not real clients.

10. Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in Montgomery County, Texas. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page; work already quoted keeps the terms it was quoted under.
