Privacy policy

Groundwork is a small business in Montgomery, Texas. This page explains what information we have about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to groundworkkk@gmail.com.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from other companies. Its fonts, images and videos are all served with the site itself. There is no contact form, so the site doesn't collect anything you type. Like any website, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, business name, email, phone number and anything in your messages, plus files you send such as floor plans or product photos.
- If you become a client: what we need to do the work, such as access you share to a Google Sheet or Gmail for an automation you asked us to set up.
- Payments: handled by PayPal. We see your name, email, the amount and the date. We never see your card or bank details.
How we use it
Only to answer you, send quotes and examples, do the work you paid for, support it afterwards, and keep the business and tax records the law requires. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your customers' information
Automations we set up run inside your own Google account, and the customer details in them belong to you. We only access what is needed to set up and maintain your system, keep it confidential, and stop accessing it when you remove our access or the plan ends.
Who else sees it
Our email runs on Google (Gmail), and payments go through PayPal. Both have their own privacy policies. If you message us on Instagram, Instagram's policy applies to those messages. We share information with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and payment records for as long as we need them for the work and for tax records. Files you send for a project are deleted on request once the project is done.
Your choices
Email groundworkkk@gmail.com to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days. We'll keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
